saving money on hunting gear Everybody has a wish list, especially for hunting gear. That is why it is important to set a budget for your hunting gear. I mean some things you can go cheap on, but you must remember that old saying that says, “you get what you pay for”. I’m not saying you have to go out and buy the most expensive products either.

Hunting gear consist of lots of products. That is why it is important to set a budget and stay within that price. Make a list of items you want and the prices of them and then you decide on where you can spare some money and get by with what you got and what you need. The biggest thing to remember that you have to be smart on what hunting gear you buy and where you buy it.

deer camerasI had somebody come up to me and ask me which deer cameras would be best for him. That was a tough question. First of all I had to figure out his budget on how much he wanted to spend. That was the part that was the decision maker. The reason I say that is because he could go cheap and get more cameras or he could go expensive and get less quantity.

Ya, he could get more for $200, but do you want one with more features on it and later on you can add more accessories later on? I mean the cheaper ones work just fine, but what you see is what you get. But you can look at it the other way too. You can get more deer cameras and cover more area. Nobody ever said that choosing deer cameras was easy.
